Welcome to Spec Ops Profile where we focus on certain types of Soldiers that make up the Special Forces Units in the Alliance Special Operations Brigade. Similar to the Creature Features but with just the history aspect of it.

Alliance Commandos, Or sometimes just reffered to as Commandos, are elite soldiers in the Alliance Armed Forces. They are heavily based on the elite clone troopers of the same name that served the Galactic Republic during the Clone Wars and later on the Empire.

Often working in Squads of four, commandos are assigned to carry out special operations that the average trooper couldn't handle. These missions included covert infiltration, sabotage, demolition and assassination, all of which were standard tasks for them.

They are equipped with DC-17m Interchangeable Weapon Systems, kamas, and Katarn-class commando armor.
Commandos are trained by Mandalorian Training Sergeants who trained the commandos in a variety of tactics and fighting techniques, but the impressionable commandos also developed a few behavioral traits similar to their instructors.

Although they are not Supersoldiers like Spartans, Commandos neverless demonstrated themselves as a new breed of warriors that few could challenge. Neither the regular soldiers or even the elite ARC troopers could match them in organization and team-work.
