I've heard of it, but I'm honestly not that interested... my obsession for Death Note has died down since 2007 and I just don't find it as interesting without the Kira aspect. If they made a movie about Mikami's last 10 days of life, then I might be interested. XD

... yeah, I sometimes think that everyone has gone on from Death Note and that it's old and that there are no other fans except me... it feels desolate... poor L

Death Note has an awesome concept and I truly enjoyed the heart of the plot, Light trying to create a new world with his Death Note and trying not to get caught (while going insane)... there isn't much room for new adventures that stay true to the original now that Light is gone (people even started becoming disinterested once Light's main rival was gone)...
On the other hand, the reason why I'm still obsessed with Pokemon for over 10 years is because they are always coming out with something new and the concept is very flexible (so new versions don't betray the concept I fell in love with)... am I making sense?
