"What's in here?!"

My first picture done almost completely in Paint tool SAI. I've been feeling a bit cramped with all that OpenCanvas can do recently, I thought getting SAI might save me time, oh how wrong I was XD haha, but that was mostly because I was learning what it could do and how the tools worked and differed. I'm relatively happy with the result.
The plan was to have her cell shaded and the BG soft shaded. For two reasons: so I could try doing both with SAI and because I wanted it to look a bit like a screen cap from a game, y'know the ones with beautifully rendered backgrounds where the characters pop up when they talk and just change facial expressions XD Oh and I wanted glow... yessshh... magic butterfly glooowww....

Update: oh god her spine. The critiques I got on this helped pull me up by the pencil and for me working on my anatomy. I like to think I've improved though I still like the hair on this
