Sometimes colours don't look as bright as they used to...To me, in my head, everything went grey for a bit. The drawings I was working on I couldn't colour right, it was all dull steels and browns when I wanted light and bold. I just wasn't seeing things right. But I still needed to draw, I had to paint something. So I needed a picture to fit the colours I could still work and that would represent my situaton.
And so this one came... the girl sits here and tries her hardest to stop the colour draining out her flower and world. There's more to it, but as the viewer I'll let you work it out
Drawing these helps me get my feelings out rather than lets me dwell. They're personal to share which in some ways I like and in others is rather scary.
I'm feeling better now thanks, coming out of it. Like the painting, bright horizons ^^

she's trapped, stranded on that little rock with no where to go and that gorgeous glowing color is all draining away leaving her compleatly empty and alone. So sad but so wonderful!

Ugh, I hate that feeling D: I even hate watching movies without much colours >< It makes me gloomy, sad, depressed kind of like >< Colours mean so much to me, especially rainbows... Love them x'3
But luckily the sun seems to be rising! And a sunrise always makes a bright light, but also so much colours~ ^^

being in my room too long starts to make the world turn dull - i want to see colours brighter, more vivid which is why i love clear mornings the sun can shine through freely into my home so that just for a moment everything is bright
