Description
The only light she sees falls through a boarded up window, it's warm but faint, only 5 thin lines.... 5 thin lines... the same as the music she used to write, she smiles, what an opportunity, grabbing her pen she creates a symphony in her head.
A piece about how inspiration can come from the strangest of places, and how we should keep an open mind to creating our own world.

Shes been trapped down there for weeks now... zombie apocalypse they say, shes not coming out to find out if they're the kind from Walking Dead or Left 4 Dead. She has enough food and water but just needs some inspiration...

Maybe, maybe not. Try making the characters and such first before writing the story. ^^ I don't do it often but when I do, I'm surprised at how much it helps.

Well, I have already made most of the characters I'm using, I just mean that in events for the story I might become bias towards him, making him do more interesting actions than the other characters.
I dont really need to worry about it at the moment thought because im currently just re-writing the thing. I originally wrote it in year 6, so im writing again now im more detail. (year 7)
Now because of this dont think my writing is bad, just go read my 'The Window' post! XP

I like this a lot. Where DO we get our inspiration? I used to sing in the school rock band some years ago, so I can relate to the music as well. I once wrote a song together with a guy I was later together with... my one and only song... well...

To think time would gradually change the score, as the lines would move at the same time the Earth is moving... making the symphony more high-pitched... or more in the bass? Maybe we can see some hidden meaning in that ^^
