I am a little bit confused with the answer:
how did I managed to do ...what exactly?
This is a Photoshop simulation how the drag and drop section will work.
We will use jQuery (JavaScript) or Flash to make it work like this, when we code the layout.

I really like it. I really like retro style and that makes this art of yours even better from my point of view. Love the colours as well, and the blue 'links' make the page a bit more live.
