Description
This is the source .FLA for the official deviantART Flash Preloader created by =ArtBITIt's very easy to implement into your own movies - just a simple drag and drop onto the first frame, and that's it.
It automatically stops the timeline in which it was put in, until the whole movie is loaded and than continues with the movie normally...

Now if someone would tell me what this Flash Preloader does and what Flash Preloading is maybe this wouldn't be a waste of time.

It usually makes it so the Flash animation will not play until it is fully downloaded. A lot of time if you play a Flash animation without a preloader on a slow connection then the animation will just keep freezing at points in the animation. I just help people to see the animation smoothly because not everyone has a fast speed connection.
