It is a good concept but seems to be lacking something... the bland concrete combined with the samey waves, all in shades of grey, just seem a bit boring to me. Maybe colour would liven it up a bit, preferably on a bright summer day (for better light).

Great capture, and a nice long exposure - the over exposed area at the far side of the bridge is a bit distracting, but I still like it.
