her characteristic is "Often lost in thought" (sp.atck). i'm vry tired right now, but luckily Icicle doesn't really have much backstory, she's more of that lovable side character who doesn't have a drastic, sad backstory and is just helpful. she's ditzy though, and she might have ADHD. Icicle likes to run and around and play since her Uncle and Agent brought her out of the PokeLabs at a young age so she grew up more normally than others. She still sneaks out and likes to mimic Agent in being a spy. She's actually very good at sneaking around, and she got into a bunch of TMs at one point- nobody really knows what moves she has because they used to change a lot and she never really uses her moves.

She ships Foxy and Agent and when they aren't paying attention she'll call them her Mom and Dad. To them, she calls Foxy "Uncle" and Agent "Mommy-Aunt".
