Okay I had to delete the other two cause I keep screwing it up. Again I'm NOT ripping off Organization XIII and NOT their goal either.

I came up with a better background for them.

This group created from a madman named Professor Blake Robinson who has an obsession with myths and legends. They are considered Soulless Being cause they were never made with real souls and can never have emotions (some of the members try to fake having feelings). The reason he created them cause he was on the verge of death and wanted to harness the powers of the Gemmas(Note: Gemmas are mysterious race who lived in another dimension, their history is unknown because there are no records of them). It's unknown where he got the info on them rumors said that he got it from different records from another legend and/or myth. After his death the nine of them known as the Founders of the Elementalists dedicated their work to preserve Blake's dream even if it means destroy anyone in their path to fulfill their goal and their minions are artificial creatures called Inanimis and Inanimis Copycat(Latin for Soulless and also Inanimis Copycat are creatures who takes on a form of someone who already or did existed and twice as large as the original being).

I would love it if they were in the Powerpuff Girls universe or PPGD cause it would setup a challenge for them to stop them, which pose a problem for them cause the each girls carries three souls of the gemmas and the TRUE source of their powers
