Description
You will need a flash player to view this video... please click here to download if you cannot see the video [link]You must have basic knowledge of photoshop to do this tutorial.
The Stamps here at dA were originally created by $liquisoft.
=ipholio is the creator of the mini stamp.
This is a video tut that will show you how to make a dev stamp.
Im not the creator of this..nor claim to be..these have been done a million times in other tutorials here on da....I have only sped the process up a bit with some short cuts in Photoshop.
I hope it helps.
ALSO your final stamp size should be 99 x 56 pixels.

There should be a slide bar at the bottom of this so people can skip parts that they've already viewed, just in case their connection or otherwise got interrupted. Just a thought.
Nice video. I'll be using this later.

they have to be in flash format and only certain galleries will accept videos such as photoshop tutorials. The only other way is to get approved to upload to the actual video gallery...which you need to contact the gallery director for that.

you could have done the drop shadow a simpler way then the way you did it and it could have looked alot more realistic. just double click on the stamp layer and theres a drop shadow in there and it looks alot better then what you did. and you still do the layer below but make it white ^^ if you didnt know that i hope i helped. but i hope other people can learn from this comment if you did ^^

i tried that and the little things that make the stamop border never works... i start in 2 pixels and then once i get to the end, i have to over lap and theres 3 pixels left... how do i fix it? i put it as 99x56 and then did the canvas thing, 2x2 pixels and then 4x5 pixels.. am i doing something wrong??

I watched it all and saved it to my HDD, so it'll be useful if I decide to make a stamp, I especially like the 3+1 pixels trick for making the curves.
