(Mega Man series: Owned by Capcom)Here's a Mega Man fortress boss idea of mine! It's the Element Devil!

Name: Element Devil
Description: A large robot with a unique kind of Devil Eye that can change into a random element just by blinking. The attack it preforms depends on the color of its eye. Red is fire, yellow is electricity, blue is ice and green is wind. Like the other Devil series, its weak spot is its eye, but only when its eye is open.
- Fire: Releases a long stream of fire from its eye that sweeps across the ground 2-3 times before disappearing
- Electricity: Fires 8 sparks in a counter-clockwise formation one at a time from its eye 2-3 times
- Ice: Fires 4 icicles in a "+"-shaped formation from its eye
- Wind: Fires 2 small tornadoes from its eye downwards in a helix formation

Yeah.
A Devil Boss that recreates any random Robot master. So it's basically a lottery. One run, you could be going against Toadman, the next one, Jewelman, and the next one against Quickman

That was already done sorta in the first Wily Stage on MM10. You'll need to mix things up a bit for it not to be a rip-off...

If I were to make a Mega Man fangame, however, then first I'd need to know how to do programming and levels. Also, I'd need someone to do the music (i.e.: Either , , , or any combination of the 4 for example).
I mean, I'm good with sprites, but programming's not my forte. It just fries my brain to the point where I just...*brain explodes like a person's head who ate a Fudgesicle in one bite, then regenerates*

HertzDevil is too good for anything you might have in store.
