Description UPDATE: Edited the description to make it like my other KCU pieces
My version of Godzilla's personality is largely based on the legendary incarnation. I really like how he came out but I think next time I draw him I'll draw him grey. KCUGoji's (as I'm calling him. Real original, I know) design is based mostly off of the legendary incarnation, whilst his head is based off of the Godzilla from Godzilla: Monster Planet, with the original Godzilla's scimitar teeth. His roar is the Legendary Godzilla's. With all that said, let's get on with the bio!

MONARCH files:
Godzilla by Ishiro Serizawa
Godzilla is the Kaiju which MONARCH has known about the longest. Indeed, the organisation was founded in the wake of when Godzilla was first sighted by fishing trawlers off the coast of the Bikini Atoll. The world still reeling from World War 2, the Japanese government quickly shot down the Godzilla sightings as merely rumours, not wishing to cause mass hysteria. In a feat remarkable for the post-war world, America, Japan, Britain and a few other nations banded together to kill Godzilla before he could create any problems. Everything was considered before the nuclear bomb was even thought about. Though many nations detested the idea of nuclear arms being used, they accepted, after a long time, that it had to be done. On the third of November, 1954, Godzilla was lured to the Bikini Atoll with the remains of a nuclear bomb, as sightings indicated that the Monster King fed on radiation. A second nuclear bomb was then used to attack Godzilla. When the Kaiju fell into the sea and did not come back up, the governments of the world breathed a collective sigh of relief. However, the bomb not killed the Monster King. Though harmed by the bomb's explosion, Godzilla's wounds were nowhere near serious, and the radiation had fed him well. Despite this, Godzilla retreated underwater and slept underground, not wanting to step into the hostile world of humanity. Years later, Godzilla would resurface in an incident known as the Area 51 Catastrophe or, as some have started calling it, No More Lies. Whilst most of the world's governments celebrated Godzilla's "demise", one man in particular was not pleased. Daisuke Serizawa, my father, saw the attack on Godzilla as a paranoid and reckless act. He thought that Godzilla was an incredible scientific discovery and had not harmed a soul, his home far away from humanity. Disgusted and determined to find more creatures like the Monster King, my father immediately quit politics and took to scientific pursuits. He created MONARCH, an organisation who would investigate the mysteries of the world, including "Kaiju" (a phrase my father coined himself, meaning "mysterious beast" or "monster" in Japanese). The very same governments who had "killed" Godzilla poured funding into MONARCH, thinking the organisation could help deal with any other Kaiju problems should they arise, but swore all of its agents to secrecy about the organisation and what it studied, an act which enraged my father, as he knew that the people would not be pleased with innocent animals who didn't seem to pose any threat to humanity (despite their colossal size) being killed, but he accepted anyway, as he knew he wouldn't get the funding he needed lest he complied. MONARCH remained secret until the aforementioned Area 51 Catastrophe, many years and a new leader (me) after its foundation. Godzilla himself is one of the most intriguing Kaiju we have on record. We don't know of his exact origins, but the most commonly accepted theory is that Godzilla is a giant abelisaurid dinosaur (of which the species name is Monstrorex Giganticus) which feeds on radiation stored within his own body and capable of swimming. Indeed, the Monster King spends much of his time swimming, though that may just be because he no longer has a home. The giant dinosaur is surprisingly friendly with humanity, causing destruction only when he has no other choice and largely ignoring humans. He seems to be dead set on eliminating anything which seems a threat to Earth, making him far more benevolent than the governments of 1954 believed. Godzilla has even shown a playful side, seemingly engaging in games with some of the sealife he passes by. This surprising benevolence does not mean Godzilla is not feared by some, however, and sometimes for good reason. Though it takes a lot to do so, once someone makes Godzilla angry, things quickly go to hell. When angry, the Monster King turns brutal and uncaring, often destroying everything around him and killing enemy Kaiju brutally, often tearing off their body parts with his bare hands. Godzilla also seems to be in mourning, as he will occasionally turn up in a certain area on Japan's coast and kneel there for a few minutes before leaving. Some even claim to have seen Godzilla crying whilst doing this. As for abilities, Godzilla swims at a speed of around forty knots due to the flat, paddle-like end of his tail and his scales are strong enough to resist almost all human weaponry, his plating being even harder. Despite having a lot of radiation in his heart, Godzilla does not seem to emit it, possibly due to his body having some kind of mechanism to prevent it leaking out and leaving Godzilla hungry. The Monster King has also demonstrated his ability to absorb radiation and other forms of energy. He can emit his radiation in two forms: a burst of blue atomic fire capable of destroying buildings with sheer force alone dubbed the "atomic breath" and a huge shockwave of glowing blue energy capable of obliterating small towns named the "nuclear pulse". Godzilla also has incredibly strength, even for a creature of his stature, being capable of lifting up entire office buildings and tossing them at his opponents, and the ability to regenerate his limbs and tail, dubbed "Regenerator G1". The Monster King is also very intelligent and cunning, often using his enemies' own personalities and weaknesses against them, and has also used fear and intimidation against his enemies before a fight, often snarling and roaring at them, making himself seem even bigger (his real size is 108.204 metres in height and 167.74 metres in length) and pawing the ground with his feet. However, Godzilla does seem to have a few weaknesses. If he uses his atomic breath and nuclear pulse too much, he will run out radiation to feed on and slowly starve until he can feed himself. Unfortunately for us, that may include nearby nuclear power plants. Godzilla's energy absorption can also bite him in the ass as he has a weakness to electricity being transported through grids. Strangely, lightning seems to empower Godzilla rather than harm him. The reason for this is unknown and may be forever unknown. Godzilla is also very slow and lumbering on land, making fast-moving Kaiju very effective against him in battle. Smarter foes can also manipulate Godzilla's tendencies when the Monster King gets angry. Despite all this, Godzilla has demonstrated in previous incidents that he is a very capable defender of Earth who should not be dismissed as a dumb animal.
