Description
Mei hastily wakes up and gets ready for the last day of school, using her powers to avoid being kept after school for tardiness. She then flew outside and hovered there stating that she would 'just take the aerial route'.

Before she could be on her way, however, Ming saw her through the bathroom window while she was taking a shower and threatened her, though she easily dodged the blast from Ming's blaster, then skedaddled.

As Mei flies off, she passes by the Penitentiary where Cheese Sandwich is still in prison, where he is being interrogated by the Men in Black. He is questioned about the Infinity Gauntlet, of which he denies any knowledge until they show off the captured trapeze artist and their plans to use the glove to eradicate all creatures, including Mei Lee Panda.

Desperate to get revenge on the panda, Cheese Sandwich is freed from his chains and goes off to explain the gauntlet to the best of his ability, placing the the Infinity Gems in their holes on the glove.

Placing the fourth and final gem, the power source, Cheese uses the Gem of Life, causing the Men in Black's weapons to come alive and twist themselves around them. However, the Gauntlet cannot be used to its full extent unless the wearer operates the gems in the correct order.

As Cheese does not know the order, he has limited power. He frees and escapes with his assistant, vowing to take over the world with him as the ringleader.

Meanwhile, the trio are excited for their cross-country summer vacation together. Mei is taking them to Cape Canaveral for the space program, Msalliecat is taking them to the San Diego Sci-Fi and Comic Book Convention, and Leo is taking them to TSO in the Nevada desert.

But first, they plan to go to a Humpty Dumpty concert located near their school. Ying then accidentally bumps into Mei and reveals that she is working on a thesis on Panda Envy for her college entry, even though it is over a year away.

Their summer vacation takes a turn for the worse when the assistant attacks the concert with her tattoos. Mei manages to fend them off, then goes after her friends who have been taken by two of her tattoos. There they reunite with Cheese Sandwich.

Mei fights him, but she is put at a disadvantage when Cheese uses the Gauntlet to create monsters out of two oil trucks through the Gem of Form and brings them to life with the Gem of Life.

As Mei fights the two, the Men in Black appear as well, leading Cheese to create a giant humanoid snow monster from a cloud, which falls and crashes on both the Men and the oil truck monsters. He makes his escape with her via the Circus train, using the gems to make it sprout wings and fly off.

Mei takes her friends back to the concert, much to Leo's complaint, stating that she's on vacation and the Men in Black can handle Cheese in which both of them caught a severe cold.

Back at the concert, the friends research the Infinity Gauntlet in a book written by Cheese Sandwich, but Mei cares more about her summer vacation and the concert. The concert is supposed to start with a giant egg on the stage opening and revealing the band, but the egg has been brought to life by Cheese, who shows up on stage. The assistant again kidnaps Leo and Msalliecat while Mei fights.

All of this is being shown on the news, watched by the parents and Ying, who doesn't want to go on vacation would prefer to work on her thesis.

After Cheese creates a spider out of a drum set, the friends manage to break free from the assistant's grip and both grab onto the Gauntlet, Mei joins in, each of them touching one of the three Gems, accidentally activating its true power.

As they struggle to hold on to the Gauntlet, Leo remembers reading that the Gauntlet has a self-defense mechanism, if someone who is touching a Gem thinks about hiding it, it will disappear and re-appear in the location they thought of.

After they hide the Gems, they all fall back on stage where Cheese once again leaves with the assistant. Mei, too weakened to follow, is forced to transform back to her human state in front of hundreds of people, including the TV crew, letting the world know her identity.

At the Lee household, Mei's parents are shock that their own daughter is a panda. As Ying steps in front of the TV to urge them not to jump to any insane conclusions, Leo and Msalliecat's parents enter, having also watched the TV.

The parents begin to blame each other for the current mess that is going on until the assistant captures them all. Back at the concert, the kids are all shocked Mei is the panda. Even more chaos comes when the Men in Black arrive by jetpack, hoping to take Mei to experiment on her.

Mei flies Leo and Msalliecat away, but quickly turns human again, her powers apparently screwed up from the Reality Gauntlet's explosion.

However, Leo is able to get them away from the Men in Black via mosh pit, the kids now cheering for Mei.

They run off and are eventually rescued by the classmates, all of them willing to help Mei and her friends because they have helped them many times before.

While the Men in Black search, the three are led by their peers into a forest.

Mei and her friends make it back to the Lee household, planning to get rid of the Gauntlet Cheese Sandwich wears, but once inside, they are ambushed by the Men in Black and their cohorts. As they interrogate her, the assistant (currently invisible) sends three of her tattoos to hide in each of the trio's shirts to keep watch.

Mei activates the Anti-Creep Mode which causes the house to attack anything using Ecto-Energy, including the Men in Black and Mei Lee Panda.

The trio make their way to the Emergency Ops Center and activate the Blimp. The Men in Black catch up and Mei presses a button causing the blimp to turn into a jetplane which they use to escape, she turning it invisible to give them a further advantage, unaware of a tracking device the Men in Black managed to place on the plane.

The next day, Mei gets a contact on the Jetplane. Thinking it's her parents, she gets ready to confess about her powers, but it ends up being Cheese Sandwich. He blackmails her into getting the Gems back, as she and her friends know where they are, in exchange for their parents' (and Ying's) lives and, to be dramatic, they are only given three days.

With no choice, the trio begin their quest to get the Gems, each revealing that they sent a Gem to the location they wanted to go to on the road trip. They begin their quest by heading to the space center in Cape Canaveral, Florida.

In the space center, a child finds the Gem of Life and activates it by touch, but he throws it when it burns him, causing a space shuttle to come to life and attack the Jetplane. Mei poofs panda, turns intangible, and reaches the Gem of Life from the pilot's seat, turning the shuttle back to normal, but now falling from midair. Mei, having run a landing simulation on her computer a million times before, is able to perfectly land the space shuttle before it causes any damage.

The Men in Black then appear via jetplanes, using missiles to destroy the Jetplane. Luckily, Leo and Msalliecat escape via ATVs and, after Mei places the Gem inside the Thermos for safety, the three make their escape.

They make a pitstop at a diner where it's reported everyone is on the lookout for Mei and her friends, including the cops, so they quickly make their escape.

Back in Cheese Sandwich's lair, the parents lament over their daughter as half-panda, and Ying tells them she never told them because of all the threats they made to destroy creatures.

Afterwards, Cheese comes over to taunt them, but Ying declares he is merely suffering from Creature Envy, which he vehemently denies.

Mei and her friends make it to Music palooza, only for them to find it a cutesy world of happiness and teddy bears. While Leo retches in disgust, Mei merely asks politely for the Gem of Form, which the teddy bears easily give. She stores the Gem in the thermos, but not before restoring Music palooza back to what it was before.

The Men in Black attack once more, this time in tanks, again sending missiles. They escape and hitch a ride on a truck delivering newspapers, the front cover showcasing Mei and friends. They head to their last destination with less than a day left to save their families.

Back in Cheese's lair, he confesses he indeed, possesses Creature Envy, stating that everyone in his life, even himself sometimes, loved creatures more than him, something Ying relates to.

The trio meanwhile make their way to Hollywood where news on Mei as the panda has already reached its peak. Upon being sighted, she and her friends are swarmed by cameras. The trio escape into a subway system where they meet kids dressed as Mei Lee Panda and Leo, but not for Msalliecat.

While the Men in Black struggle to find the real trio, they board a train to the comic convention in San Diego.

At the convention, three nerds have found the Gem of Fantasy, causing them to turn into the three supervillains from a comic book they dressed up as. Mei fights off all three as well as the Men in Black until she gets the Gem back. With all three Gems, they vow to stop Cheese Sandwich, but the assistant arrives, wraps the trio with her tattoos, then warps them back to Cheese.

Back at his lair, Cheese takes the Gems, places them back in the Gauntlet, and presses them in the correct order, giving him total control over infinity.

Cheese turns Earth into his own world of chaos, becoming the ringmaster, complete with an appropriate outfit. He sends the parents, Ying, Leo and Msalliecat on a deadly roller coaster ride. Mei tries in vain to save her loved ones, now in front of a live audience that Cheese created.

Mei is turned into jello by Cheese Sandwich, causing the roller coaster to run her over and apparently kills her. Cheese then goes about turning every part of the world into his own creations. Mei is restored back to normal and again temporarily rescues the others by destroying the first two deathtraps.

Ying tells Mei that Cheese has Creature Envy and that he should use psychology to defeat him. Mei does so, teasing him with his powers, causing him to become more jealous and ultimately to turn himself into a cheese sandwich like pony. Mei is then able to easily trap him in the Thermos.

Mei puts on the Infinity Gauntlet and uses to save her friends and family from falling into a pit of acid. The assistant attacks, but Mei uses the gauntlet to turn her into various forms before turning her back and letting her fly off. She then turns Earth back to normal.

The parents come over and express joy over their daughter, still accepting her despite her powers. Despite that, Mei still turns everything back to the way it was three days prior with only Leo, Msalliecat and Ying remembering that she is panda. Mei takes Cheese back to the Men in Black, turning him back into a pony and erasing their memories as well.

She returns home and laments that Tyler and Chris hate her again. The trio decide that they'd rather not go on another cross-country trip after all the excitement they've already had.

Mei destroys the Gauntlet, has a similar run-in with her mother to the one she had, then flies off to enjoy the rest of her summer vacation.
