The vectored version of this Lancer Evo IX , drawn several years ago on my beginner days of vectoring.

The real intention behind the making of this vectored car is nothing else than to blend it with my 2D artworks. I always have trouble when posing 2D characters next to my tuned cars, due to the nature of both type of arts. That's why I think one of them have to approach the other one. Turning 2D characters into 3D is pretty much impossible for me since I'm not a user of MMD or that sort of CG programs. Therefore the only possible option for me back then was turning the 3D art into 2D by vectoring it.

By vectoring it, I'm able to blend it with several 2D artworks of mine. Aside of vectoring, I also found another way to turn my tuned cars into 2D with a technique called "rebrushing" a.k.a realistic cartooning. Quite different with vectoring which is obviously vector-based. Rebrushing is done mostly in photoshop therefore it's pretty much bitmap-based.
