My new OC. A Care Bear.

This is Techbear. He is a cyborg Care Bear that reapirs life saving technically, like heart monitors, fire trucks, oxygen tanks, etc.

The blue and red behind his eyes are lights to indicate if he's awake or not. His bed is his charging station and can last a week without charge. He talks normal but his voice widens down and glitches every other sentence. If he needs charge, his movemts will slow, his voice and words get will distorted and his nose and heart on his butt will blink. The faster they blink, the more his battery is low. He doesn't have to sleep unless he's charging. He can be awake while he's charging. Has a extra battery pack for when he's away from Care-O-Lot for a while. His tail is where he keeps his battery. Pull on the tail and a starage will be there. If he's home and charging, he plugs into the back.

He was a normal bear till something happened (haven't thought of it yet) and Grumpy Bear fixed him. So if anyone can fix Techbear, it's Grumpy Bear.
Likes to call (annoy) Grumpy Bear "Dad" since he created him.

If the room he's in is quite enough, you can hear his gears inside and hear the "Wrrr" when he walks.
