Well..This is only practice here... so please take that into consideration...
Are you surprised to see a Pony within' my squad?
Well... this is "my" pony... one I've talked about with friends before,but they never got to see the face of the "faceless pony" who some know as the name 'Ride'. Believe it or not,this one dates back to 2012... but is "just now" making the debut here with the "head shot"... however in a much newer and "refreshed" (yet inspired) style of my own..
The "unorthodox style" with the bandanna I wasn't going to reveal until a later time... but since this would be "default" for my pony.. the ONLY pony doing this... I doubt to one's self,why not...
(If you've guessed it,this is my Ponysona!)
I am practicing with a first ever tablet!!
A Wacom Intruos in fact... nope, didn't cost much either~
(Hence,why I have it!)
This is a "newer" version of my pony that I lost when my Hard Drive took his last spin before everything on there being "snuffed out".. I lost A LOT of things in therrre...
Again... this is practice work and I'm very new to the tablet world... so expect different things in the future from me when practice time is over...
Remember..this is ONLY a practice draw... I may change things in future works... that is,when (or "if") I get into doing more...
This is really just showing those who watches me.... I'm not "gone forever".. even though it's been more than a year since I've drawn ANYTHING...
( Personal reasons that close friends know and have an understanding about.... :c )
This pony who you now know as Ride belongs to Me!
The idea of ponies at all came from YOU and someone else by the name of Lauren Faust.. at least the idea of "this" pony came from her.. even if the style is different..
BUT FOR NOW... back to gaming I gooooooooooooooooooo!!

There is this one person that wants to make friends, but they told me they usually are not the one to start a conversation, so they lose many friends...I was wondering if you could be understanding and talk to them for me...city-nights.deviantart.com This is their page... I know you may not usually do this, but I want to try and be friends with them because they lost a friend...I can tell this person is not a bad one. (I think Arie is a girl's name, so I will say she even though i don't know) but would you talk to her too for me? You don't have to, but i'm sure if you start a conversation, she will try her best to continue it.
Well with this one person I hope you can talk to them...I talked to them about you...but idk what will happen...
I hate being ignore if i'm the one to talk first...now comments on art are not really that big of a deal but when it comes to the ones on a page, I want an answer back if possible.
I love answering comments because I never get many of them...to me they are like little bundles of joy unless they are comments about things I don't want to hear...This is why I do not get involved in quarrels that are not my buisness because the people that start the quarrels are huge a-holes...
Anyway what if they have comments on other sites and email and they actually pay attention to all that? Now that is a person who needs to relax a bit...(even though the person I am talking about makes money off their art...I can't rely on that because of what I do...)
I've never been big with MMO's, but I tried to find some to play back then when I got bored...
CoD is a game so yeah comparing it to here is just bad...CoD should not be compared to this place...One it is not a website, and two I like the people that are on here not playing that game...XD I did not know you thought Youtube was that bad...I don't do Youtube videos either to try and be...well...famous...famous Youtubers make money off that site by doing let's plays and other stuff, which is fine, but being famous on there is like being a celebrity...it is hard with all the haters...
Well idk what people would know me for if I asked about it...it may be my personality (hopefully the good side of it) or something else, but who knows... I interact with a lot of Yo-Kai Watch fans that I meet usually...however I have not talked to some that I have met...I see them looking at my group, but they don't join...either they don't want to or they don't like the group...I could ask they group what they want out of the group (contests, roleplay's, etc...) but they would ignore me...they only replied on my Claim a Yo-Kai journal, which is good because I wanted them too, and I plan to do a picture if I get around to it.
I would try to reply to my comments if I was well known around here...I wonder why popular people don't do that...=/
I think how popular people get popular is because of how well they draw and how much they draw...idk why because drawing that much is hard...making great art is hard too if your art is not so great in quality like mine...maybe it is because I don't do cool backgrounds and poses to where people would comment more...XD

Wanting to make friends is always a good thing... and building new friendships is fine as well too.
Me going to anyone's page who I haven't talked with before (unless I'm thanking them for something... in which is my "only" opening for any talks) would be super awkward for me... and I am still "shy"... though I've done it "before" with mutual friends... but it is difficult for me...
I did view her page.. and though I see that she do reply to most comments given to her (which is a good thing).. on the flip side,I do see where others are the "last" to respond.. even on those conversations that doesn't seem "ended"... so that part would put an even bigger "scare" to me to even talk. I'm not sure if she would continue talking with me if I were to "work up the nerve" to speak with her..
Though if she were to be a continuous talker which I look for... then she won't have any issues with me and making friends with me... talking IS key to me and friendship with me. Though a person may go on my pages or something and see "some" of where it "appears" that they're last to speak,but the truth is that I'm talking with them elsewhere (usually on notes) because I'd not just "stop talking" with anyone.
Arie is usually a girls name... but in today's times,you just never know... but I would assume her to be a she.
But someone faving my work or even watching me "gives me a reason" to go on someone's page to thank them.. (llama badges I don't speak to immediately and it may take months before I respond to any of those,so that isn't within "what to do" to get me to talk).
I may work up the nerve to attempt to talk with her... but in "new people's cases" if they do not keep on talking with me in at least one month of period,I'm highly unlikely to respond to anything ever.. considering I don't typically comment on art unless it's a gift (I don't comment on art due to me not getting replies from people,so I just stop entirely). With friends who I've known longer who stops talking to me typically gets an "not the most pleasant" of notes with me wondering "what happened". Well I won't say "not the most pleasant" but I'd more so "not the easiest" because the notes are more of a frustration of them not talking to me... these things must be made aware of before someone even begins to build a friendship relationship with me. But.. from what I already "scouted" I'm weary to make such a move... I will have to put thought on it...
You know... I can "kind of" agree with the art to a very small extent... but with the page comments,those being ignored are very "not so nice". It's always possible to respond to a comment on the front page... unless they just aren't around.. that would be the only good excuse for that..
Hahaha... oh you... I bet that you get more comments than I do on the front page. But each of my comments are indeed treasured... because they didn't "have to" come on my page at all,so I take them coming at all to consideration. Quarrels is another subject... in the case of a "trouble making" situation,more so someone talking crap to you... yeah those "can be" ignored. As far as someone coming for "help"... if you don't want to be involved,just simply say that you don't wish to be involved.
Comments on other sites... well me having an account on "most sites".. if I'm on them all,then I will respond to them all... the thing is,I'm not really on the other accounts enough to know what's going on... deviantART is easy to see when I have a new comment/reply waiting for me.. a person relaxing is one thing... but simply just ignoring people is another... I do "slow replies" but I don't do "no replies".. there is a difference.
To me... MMO is above all else... in fact if it wasn't for MMO's... I doubt I'd even be gaming at all... heck I would not even be on deviantART for that matter... considering "what" brought me here in the first place. No,not all MMO's are that great.. but that is with "any" game.. I only play the few that I play.
But.. me knowing of CoD and they even have "trolling videos" there,that in itself shows the type of gaming community that they have..
Yes... YouTube is so bad that I actually DON'T comment on there.. I don't even talk there.. it is beyond the worse place,community wise. I "did" use to talk on there... but YouTube got horribly bad... it has cowardly racist galore.. and I do in fact despise racist people at a very very bif degree. The cowards there would NEVER say that in anyone's face... I don't like cowards of any..
YouTube.. well popular YouTubers is close to being popular at a celebrity level... heck some of them actually makes it there. But YouTube as a community is the worse place.. I don't even talk/comment/nothing... unless it's with friends that I know outside of YouTube. I do have videos to come,but only those from dA or FB would see it.
I guess if someone who watches you faved something from you,that would give an idea of what they know you from.
Actually... the reason why many groups have a lot of people in their group is mainly because they invited a bunch of people. I have my number of members in my group without doing that,so each member I got there is earned. Yes in the beginning I invited friends... but that was in the beginning.. and I didn't have that many friends..
But invitation is how most of these groups have the numbers that they have.
I have a saying on my group... that it's for the "Elite and cool" and not for the "popular and rude". An elite artist (which doesn't have to be popular) but cool.
Yes you could ask them... but if they ignore you,that in itself shows the type of person that they are..
But there are ways to get people in groups... how that is must be discovered however..
The reason why "popular" people don't respond to most to all of their comments... one of those reasons would be that they feel "better" than those who they refuse to reply to. Another reason (and this goes back to me saying that if they were outside of dA,the roles would be switched with "me" and "them") is that they're not "use" to having appreciation and don't know how to handle it when going into a world where they have it... and on the outside of dA,they have already "decided" to be outcast individuals who "wants" no attention.. so they come to somewhere like here and they kind of don't want it.
(A few people's comments will state this... maybe "some" that you even know...)
It could be "both" reasons that I listed.. either way,I look at them as rude.. and maybe not on deviantART,but I'm at a level to where I won't kiss up to such people... though many people do and I'm not mad at them,they just want their favorite artist to notice them... to the point that they talk about that artist as if they're "friends",make them birthday gifts (some who even didn't care to tell me anything has done this... don't even need to say how that made me feel...) and just speak about them as if that person was J.B. (actually.. even J.B. is likely to speak to his fans while people bash him as a person... more than I can say for "many" of the people here..)... however with me... I look at them as another person,but a person who isn't "on my level"... I can say this because I treat people like they matter. If I have idols... actually scratch that,I have had those who looked at me as their idols... I always treated them as they mattered.
Well... in truth honest... many people are popular more so of the material that they draw more so than their skill.
When it comes to art... it's tricky to know what people like and not like since everyone's taste is different (like me not caring for the "big" parts... in fact,I look past those arts most of the time,or if I do like the art,it's because of technique and execution of their art..) but backgrounds and poses definitely will help with people to comment or like the art more... however there are some popular artist who don't even do backgrounds... but they have poses.

Yes... I was on a planet called Mobius and I seen this purple-like vertex... so I was curious and I wanted to look further,I seen something that look like "friendship" and it looked magical. So I wanted to closer look.. and I just jumped in the vortex and I came out and I looked like this!

Yes.. there is a "me" everywhere.. somewhere.. in some form... just some have not been discovered yet,however when I do... there is a version of me just waiting to come out and reveal myself in that form. I had fun being pony and there will be more of the pony and "Ride of a Pony" and things of that nature.

Nice that you got a tablet. When I got mine it took me a while to get used to it. I would do drawing exercises by tracing photos and then drawing from photos by observation. Then compare the trace with the drawing.

However I will also take your words to thought about everything that you did to get to the point of where you are.
I've actually seen others doing similar to what you mentioned here when I was looking at many tutorials.. for me,it came down to tweaking many settings and such until things begin to "flow" as I wanted or needed it to... but I admit.. it is a bit more tough than I originally thought that it would be,however it's very much able to be mastered.

But yes,I really just want others to enjoy the things I have to offer,these days it's really just about my friends... however if anyone I don't know comes and likes/favs or whatever with my work,I'm all for that too.
Though with my transition to the pony,I came in here with a total unorthodox style,going into it knowing that people aren't ready for this in style or anything else,however someone has to make bold moves,and it is this feline right here to do it... even if people do not like it.. the point is,at least my friends enjoy it,and that's all that even matters at this point to me~

I do know that there are many with different fandoms out there... and I'm likely to have at least 1 thing out there within a fandom.. of course I'm mainly with the Mobian community... however I am also showing (like with this) that my "art fandoms" has a wide horizon... to the point that I could never get tired of any fandom... well to me,the fandom of a show and the fandom of art is 2 different things. I am a fandom of the art more so than the show itself... in fact,I'll tell you the truth... I've seen less than 5 episodes of this here... however I love the art.. so why not?
Like.. people stop watching Sonic or playing his games so they don't do the art anymore. I have been a fan of Sonic games in the past and I see episodes of various Sonic... but even with that,it's more about the art... truth be told,I don't even play any of the present Sonic games... however I am into the art at such a degree that you'd always see something from me which has something "Sonic" related... though I use the term "Mobians".. I'm into Mobians... Sonic is another story..
But with the entertainment of each of the arts,I am a fan of the art of it all,and I tend to blend my own style within that,which "somewhat" adds a percentage of it being "mines".. though at "certain points" I do in fact do a "more cannon" style just to do it.. I'll even do it with this character.. however most of my work will most definitely be in "this style" or some variation of it.

When it comes to me and me doing art... usually it is because I am into the style more so than me being into the fandom.. which means that I wouldn't be one of those artist who stops drawing something because I'm not "no longer" into a series or what not. But my storylines of my characters are not typically "linked" to the storylines of a series anyway.. so that in itself can help... but still,it's about the art.
You're very right with the adjusting or interpreting a style you like into something similar and into your own... which is something I do a lot... because experimenting never hurts.. it's great practice. <3
