I still think that this looks great. Your style is so nifty, and I love the way that you did your lines. Really, for someone so unused to tablets, you did a great job! Heck, even for someone with loads of practice, this is very good! I especially like those chairs for some reason! Everytime I look at this, my eyes go straight to the chairs. Probably not your intent, but I think that they look cool anyway.

A tablet is only as good as the software you are using with it. Of course, the artist plays an essential role as well.

Photoshop is nowhere near as difficult to use as everyone says it is. It all comes down to knowing a few minute details within the software to get your results. Such as what filters in combination with other filters will give you a certain effect, or how to monitor and control your levels ect. ect. ect.

If I know you, you shouldn't have any problem getting used to the interface, and if you still have you Keller ID, I would suggest you pick up CS2 at student price if you could (its an amazing piece of software). Learning all the hot keys will speed up the process immensely: X will switch your two variable swatches, the [ and ] keys will change the size of your brush, and alt+ctrl Z is undo (which you will use incessantly).

Using a Wacom, as you might have noticed, requires a much different approach than regular illustration. It’s taken me literally 2 years to find some way in which to use my tablet effectively, but you’re smarter than I am and much more talented, so I don't expect you will have any problems.
