the lighting is so great in this that everyone who sees it going 2 assume its not natural

Aside from the fact that he looks a bit too wide eyed,(not too much, but enough to look a bit frightened) I love the whole set up! His shadow really comes out clear on that wall, right down to the strands of hair sticking up.
I love the warmth that you captured, and the simple composition. Nicely done!
