I think the baby angels on the armor make him all the more ferocious. Clearly, their innocence tells all in sight that he's a fierce guy. And his hair is totally better than any of ours. Be jealous. Be very, very jealous.

But, Ezio survived that little episode in the Sistine Chapel, so we know he's a tough cookie.
But if Ubisoft decides to take him out with a bang (and speaking of which, the trailer makes me think: when WERE guns developed?) at least we'll get to figure out which lucky lady got to be the mother of his baby(ies?)

guns were developed durring the last crusade, and cannons much earlier. (so, sometime shortly after altair, maybe even his lifetime) the chinese have been using explosives, cannons, and firseworks, for about as long as anyone can really tell

He is very, tough, yes. But one man can only cheat death so many times. And Cesare is going to be more than a match for him, it's already made that clear.
I REALLY hope he finally gets to settle down though, and have at least a somewhat happy ending. Creed knows he deserves one.

And knowing Ezio, he probably has kids from more than one woman, from his many conquests. I honestly wanted Rosa to have his kids, but we'll just have to wait and see.

This is true. Honestly, as sad as it'd be, I wouldn't mind them killing off the character. If they don't, that's fine too (we can assume Altair lived to a ripe old age) but I always find killing off a character, if it's done right, to make something very memorable.
LMAO Probably. There is that woman in the gameplay Ubisoft showed for E3. I wonder who she is. Doesn't look like anyone from AC2, but I only played the main quest (none of the DL content) so I'd totally missed the whole segment with Caterina that I only found out about reading the novelization. And apparently, as well as being a pretty bad writer, the author of that totally screwed up all of Ezio's relationships, turning anyone who wasn't his mother or sister into someone to screw. And we all know it's a playboy, but really...

The woman in the gameplay video, in bed with him, was Caterina Sforza, from the Second one. It was her who brought the cannons and guns to Monteriggioni/the villa. And apparently she is captured and held by Cesare Borgia for a very long time.
But yeah, the novel was pretty far off. -__-;;
Speaking of his mom and sister, though, I really hope they got out of the villa okay. ;n; It didn't say or show anything about them.

I wondered if that was her, but it's been a while since I've played AC2 and like I said, I didn't get the DL content that had her in it.
I like Rosa better too myself. Though to be 100% honest, I don't really ship any pairings in this series (I like Altair x Maria but even then, only just 'cause it's cannon and it's kinda cute). I think AC is just one of those things for me where romance doesn't...fit. There are plenty of other fandoms where I can ship to my heart's content.
