I really like his expression, and the lifting up of the glasses. I also can't help but note the suggestive shape of the one black panel you left on him. That was intentional, right? Either way, it works well.
It kinda bothers me that I am having trouble coming up with alternative explanations for the hand. It seems odd that he is just sort of standing in a void, with a soul-piercing gaze... with his hand there. I think I personally would have preferred something more subtle, like if the hand was more obviously involved in some sort of suit adjustment, but just so happened to be positioned in a suggestive way. Though, yeah, that's just me.
