It seems you have a technical problem with the website which is nothing I can do about it since I don't work at gumroad.
You should contact gumroad about this. Maybe they have some kind of server problem or something. I can see the file in my profile and it looks okay.
It also can be a problem with your internet connection since the file is over 100MB.
If you still can't download the ZIP, please let me know and I'll send you a google drive shared download link.

Glad you managed to download the themes successfully! In case you don't have a gumroad account, I would suggest signing up because this way you will have access to the latest version of the themes in case I need to update them and you can download the package anytime from your Library there.
And thank you for noticing my effort... you're among the few people that understand this. Oh man, the many sleepless nights I put into these themes and how many Windows limitations I had to overcome to make these as they are!
I'm pretty obsessed about functionality and that's why I started making my own themes since I couldn't find one that was nice looking but also behaving normally in all the software I use.
Even so with all my efforts, there are still a bunch of things that I can't fix or improve due to the nature of how the Windows UI is built. I tried to get in touch with the Microsoft team of design a few times but I was totally ignored of course because the default Windows theme is so bad on the eyes that I would jump to MacOS if I couldn't use custom themes. But they are heading in the right direction with their UWP platform where the UI is more polished and unified. Unfortunately at some point this will be the end of custom themes in Windows 
Anyway, check your notes for a nice gift and if you want to try some of my other themes, please let me know.

That's not a problem with the theme but has something to do with File Explorer.
To fix it, open File Explorer, press Alt key on the keyboard to show the menu bar, right click on the menu and check Lock toolbar option.
Then press Alt again to hide the menu.
