I don't know who has it worse off, Clutter Step or Silver Quill?
I really liked doing the white circle around his eye, I think it looks really nice.
So yeah, here is Clutter Step, yet another one I had to recreate the cutie mark. Silver's rig should be out soon.
I do not own the OC, it is owned by MLP-Silver-Quill.
Go check him out, he is so hilarious and he makes really good points.
If anyone needs alterations here is a .SVG file that can be opened by many programs but I used Inkscape for this originally.
