Fleshing out the Vanguard Class a bit more.
I'm going to set her aside for a bit and see if I can get onto a similar train of thought as Warped9 (aka Raymond Lefebvre) to finish her up. His last posting was about a year ago and he was considering starting his model over to correct some issues.
Still have a few things to do, but I need to think on them.
