Awhile back, I was challenged to show evidence of people belittling mothers who chose not to kill their children. I already pointed out the many barbarians who dismissed the Ramsey family's loss on the grounds that "it's not a baby until it's born." Now here's a case of them denying the value of someone born with a disability. Show them a person living with something they consider a flaw, and they say that person must wish to be dead. It's eugenics, plain and simple, just like it was at the start.

IMO, they're just mad because it proves the "life-threatening" problem faced in the recent case in Texas wasn't so life-threatening after all. Abortion advocates were claiming it's a guaranteed death sentence, but the fact is that there's someone out there right now who's 40 and still ticking. So that argument's dead, just like these people apparently wish the kid was.
