But yeah, decide to make this idea (for all it's surreal or headscratchers) a current fact in the DrawVerse, namely the fact that the world of fire emblem fates and other series are not part of main earth let alone different realms, but share the same planet like yet unlike earth, which I think back then, dubbed "Earth 1.15" due to it's looking like earth, but the many MANY natives have different names, one familiar to most FF would been Midgar(which could be it's true name or Fateslandia of sorts for another fact). But namely it shows a wider perspective outside the focus of the Hoshido-Nohr(then later Valla) conflict, but also shows that it's not the only lands familair with dimensional travel, or is just a separate timeline from the other fire emblem worlds, as it does have it's fair share of more technologically advanced and bigger countries or ones that have other conflicts to deal with(Shin Makoku or Remanent) but before anyone asks/complains,

"But WAIT a minute Drawbot, why haven't Hoshido or Nohr or all that countries notice each other and call for aid and such?" Answer: Intervention from the gods from calling out, lack of care to explore the other side of the world, etc.

That said once the main DrawVerse world comes into play, overseas traveling or dimensional traveling becomes more abundant than one thinks.
