These are my two favorite forms of Cell! The first on the left is his official standard Imperfect Form, with that insectoid beak I love! The second on the right is my fan-interpretation of what his Semi-Perfect Form would look like, had he absorbed Android 18 first, instead of Android 17. Here, he evolves from an insectoid, to a more bird-like form, instead of a fish-lipped jerk!Cell belongs to Akira Toriyama.
