This is supposed to be depicting a Handsome flute player...piper...person (he's just hawt and plays a flute k? XD) that attracts the attention a cloud spirit or goddess? idk it's sorta like Greek mythology Tho I don't don't believe in it Just a skecth I want to make a proper picture soon~
