Is that Mari holding a gun on Ciaran? Why yes it is. In my Urban Fantasy a lot of the mythological beings have various ways of hiding who they are from others. In the case of angels they can hide their wings at will...no one really knows how that little miracle works but it makes it where they can get through doorways a lot easier lol.

In this part of the scene Mari has told him to release the catgirl and then give himself up. She has been hired to take him in for his crimes and while they would like him alive she has no problem exploding his head if he tries anything.
