Description
Set in the MC2 continuity but in the Marvel-2099 timeline we see some new spiderpeople appearing in a fanfic I am plotting.

In 2099 Stark-Fujikawa is looking to start their own Corporate Raider program and the first thing they create in this new program is a clone that was made with a mix of spider genes from Spider-Gwen and from Silk. That were obtained by some time traveling hijinks and stealthed drones that collected the samples from these and a multitude of other heroes during some of their battles. This new Ghost Spider initially is sent to raid Alchemax but is foiled by Spiderman 2099 who then tries to get her to join him due to her powers.
