I tend to assign 'cores' to my characters - as in, decide that they're most like one animal and then make annoying running metaphors relating them to that animal for the rest of their literary lifespans.
DThankfully, Delilah has avoided that, by stint that she's just not my character. But I still wanted to decide what animal she was.
She's not a vixen - she's a raccoon. Or some horrible mutated child of both, but somehow I doubt that. But I drew her as a fox some years ago.... *shrug* Her neck looks deflicted!
But the only reason I drew her as a fox was because Loki was a fox. And really, it didn't fit. So I might get some proper raccoon anthro art of her up soon. ^^
