some noses would be great you dont have to put the instructions just a front, 3/4, and side view would be hummbly welcomed. But dont do it if you dont want to I'm glad with the eyes you did and the lips your doing too.

It's great that I could get into my field so fast. This is the second graphic design job i've had since out of college (almost 2 years ago). But they needed a production artist so I had to learn what they really wanted, now I did that fast and im good at it but i have no actual design freedom. The client gives us the art to work with so i dont design much right now. They have these evil slow periods so to "justify" me being here they shuved me in a cubical and told me to sell. So no I have to but my conscious and soul in a jar to I can act like a salesman.

No. That's okay. I sort of understand. I had a job during the summer. Although I wasn't trying to build a career out of it, I was treated pretty badly while I was there. You still have the worse end of the stick though. I used to want to be some sort of artist when I was little but I realized that would be an impossible thing for me when I thought about being bossed to make whatever THEY wanted. Not me.
But good luck with finding a new job that won't hold you back! By the way Iput up that tutorial already. I'm going to take it down soon so save it if you want it.

kudos for the tutorial, but on the last image the light reflection is wrong - if you flip the eye, make sure you paint the reflection on the same side
