I've always driven past this spot and wondered why I haven't shot here before. However today in the pouring rain and thick fog I had to stop and get a photo. I really love the texture in the water here, very elegant as it flows down stream.Update: Cleaned the monochrome conversion up, toned down the duo tone effect, resize and sharpen for web.

Agreed, there's something to be said for the beauty and the texture, but the uniformity definitely steals the show.
