So I SHOULD be going to DragonCon next year, and i was asked if i wanted to cosplay. I figure if i'm gonna dress up for a con i'll do it correctly and then began the 3 day discussion of 'NCR Ranger' or 'Mandalorian'.
This was the result of the first few ideas i had for the costume.

I can 3D print all the small items (Gauntlets, knee, legs, feet, shoulders) which means ill just buy a helmet, body suit and the torso gear and possibly the jetpack. Also the Lightsaber display for trophies isn't something i've seen done before besides just clipping them to a belt.

The Mandalorian gear is more expensive than the NCR Ranger (which i can get a full quality set for around $500) but i don't need to do it all at once, i purchased some blasters, a few lightsaber props and the schematics for the parts i can print. So it begins
