A few weeks ago, I redesigned a few of my older OCs I made back in high school. I upload them to Twitter, but not here, so here you are. This is Penelope Scrabble-Gutierrez, or Penny/Agent Scrabble for short. She's an agent for the B.O.A.R.R.D (Bureau of Agent Readied for Radical Disasters), a elite agency which specializes in dealing with anomalies of various kinds, including earthly, supernatural, and even cosmic. I'll go more in depth after I've finished the references for the Lovely Lucy characters.
