One of the Bon Bon clones seen in Winter Wrap Up. One thing I don't like about the MLP Wiki is that they list the pony colors based on the screenshot for the character. While that may work for some, for other background characters that are used as crowd fillers they normally appear off in the distance and so don't use the normal coloring and shading. Taking that into account these are what I think her true colors are. The colors may actually be a little lighter or darker but they are in the general range as I compared Bon Bon's cutie mark colors in the foreground to what they are in the background and made adjustments from there.
The paint version is done but I'm pressed for time so won't upload it until later.
