Fowl is another word for bird. And the first bird that came to my mind was Storm the Albatross. So, I drew him. For the Babylon Rogues, I decided to make them Indigenous, yes, all 3 main members. Their culture is mainly based on indigenous Brazil and ancient Mesopotamia. They’re also into punk culture, which makes sense, since they’re hoverboarders.
