...Cameria lives in the Dungeons, and Dragons game she's from she had all the pigmentation drained from her. Hence that her appearance turned completely white, which is how she got the nickname "The Dead Queen"

Wow, very lovely! But blah, I guessed wrong as far as the medium - I was assuming watercolors. I love the color palette, both in quantity and quality. And for some reason, that little poof of fur about her neck really seems to complete the outfit as much as every other aspect.
And believe me when I say I always admire great art with limited or no background. IMHO, sometimes a background with too much detail takes away from the figure.
