Currently looking for only 20 beta testers so it's not first come first served, but only people we recognize for now. 

Kobbits is a horror and magic themed evolving ARPG with small bird like creatures known as Kobbits. 
We're looking for people who are interested in helping us test our features while we develop a fun world for everyone to enjoy. 

INTRODUCTION:

The true lore of the Kobbits is founded both in simplicity and mysteries that have been lost over time. Ages long forgotten, a race of beings known as Witches ruled over Mystirva using the bountiful magics that existed within it. Nothing was out of their grasps and the society they built was one that, to them, could never me rivaled. Peace and understanding were an everlasting prospect. During these times, the Witches created a new race of homunculi to serve as their familiars: the Kobbits. Creatures made of the magics and crystals that the Witches wielded that could be shaped and formed in any way that the masters saw fit. Perfect for their every needs.


The joys of their new creations and ever expanding civilization were short lived. A cataclysmic event shook Mystirva to its core. A magical overload that tore across the lands, warping most of the world into a chaotic and dangerous place; eradicating all of the Witches within the process. While the details of the overload's cause or the first few decades that followed were lost to time, one fact stood clear: The Kobbits had survived.


The years the followed were hectic. The Kobbits, having mostly been workers doing as they had been told, gained full autonomy and control over what was left of the world. Most stuck to individual hovels made of the debris, while others took to more feral living. It was not until the joint efforts of what would be known as the Coven of the High Priests, the first of the modern Covens and Kobbit society, did the Kobbits begin to rebuild from the wreckage. Lead by three Kobbits that would come to be known as the Progenitor, Mother Kobbit (Mom), and Father Kobbit (Dad), the race of familiars grew and formed their own, new lives within what was left of the walls of the Witchs' greatest cities known as the Wheel.


Ages have passed since then. The great wall of the Wheel rebuilt. Eight major towns have formed, each dedicated to their own leyline of magic; all balanced and radiating outwards from a central capital from where the magics stim. The original three members of the Coven of the High Priests stand at the center, ruling and guiding the Kobbits as need be. Technology advances and provides electricity transportation thanks to the Scholars Coven. Magical practices and spells are created thanks to the efforts of the Mages Coven. Crafts and Entertainment grows in popularity due to the Artisans Coven. Peace is kept within the walls by the Guardians Coven, while threats on the outside are kept at bay thanks to the Monster Slayers. Even now, within more recent ages, the Eight Great Spirits of the world have chosen to bless and help guide the Kobbits further down their own paths. The Age of Kobbits has finally, and fully, taken reign.


Though, not all is fully peaceful with the world. The Woods beyond the Wheel grow more and more restless as they press and test at the walls; threatening to burst within. Dangerous monsters threaten to devour any Kobbits that they can get their maws upon; especially those of the Warlocks that seem to grow more and more daring with each passing day. Cults swell, dedicated to the unknown and mysterious beings that hide just beyond the veils. Covens, like the Thieves Guild, form in hopes of making better for themselves at the cost of others. Even rumors of descension amongst the oldest of the Covens slowly spread. Not all is as it seems.
