Description
Taken from her description from the game (provided by her owner):Philly Girl is a dedicated biologist working to find treatments for a variety of neurological diseases. One night while working late in the lab to finish an experiment she was exposed to a mutagenic chemical. As her DNA mutated and then replicated she discovered access to new areas of consciousness and abilities. She is able to sense someone's pain and absorb the negative energy and replace it with positive healing energy. She also discovered that she was storing the negative energy that she absorbs and can release it to attack enemies.
Upon further study and manipulation of her DNA, Philly Girl was able to insert some genetic material from a dragon - Allastor - into a Tet-On plasmid and incorporated it into her own DNA. Upon taking some doxycycline... well, this is what happened the first time and every time she took it.
These changes are not permanent, however, the result of taking a greater dose of doxycycline is yet unknow.

La verdad la creadora de Philly Girl, quien es una amiga muy querida, es cientifica y penso que seria interesante utilizar una terminologia para describir como ella obtuvo sus poderes y como ella es capaz de cambiar de forma. Despues de todo, fue ella quien me dio la informacion de su personaje

That she did! It's temporary though. The effect of the doxycycline and the Tet-On plasmid would end within a few hours, turning her back to human. She dares not taking a larger dose since she doesnt know if it would turn her permanently into a dragon girl, or kill her cuz of the overdose.
