it's very easy, just squeeze it and pull out: with your thumb you push one part (the one with the hooks, not the one with the hoops) and with your fingers you hold the other, and then and then you keep digging your thumb into the fabric and pulling it farther from the skin until it comes off... though it's a little hard to explain how it's done, I guess easier done than said, this one. Bur now I've jus unfastened my bra trying to figure out how I do it XP
