Heres a little tribute to my favorite starter (other than squirtle and totodile). Swampert is just so amazing
This was also my first digital paint where I didn't do the sketch with traditional art (Im waaaay better at traditional than digital), so don't be too rough with it, Im not entirely thrilled with how it came out
