The translation I found says (for my personal feeling)"coarse, vulgar", not really but not someone I feel "close"... ...Voice has nothing to do with that, just I see her not so "good", more like a "product".. ... ...I can be wrong of course, but she is also Italian, so I can understand... ...By the way, it is not big thing, "you like coffee I like milk"!...
