The Timekeeper is a Eldritch Humanoid Angel and the supporting character of the series. He is portrayed as a logical, calm, defensive, and overprotective creature who watches or observes all the changes through people's lives over time. The Timekeeper appears to have light turquoise skin, a bald head, pointy ears, black sclera with glowing blue irises, straight teeth, black claws on his fingers, four angel like wings on his back, and a big hole in his chest where a clock is located in the center. His outfit features a long skirt in different shades of purple, a black sash wrapped around his waist, and a set of bracelets in shades of purple on his upper cuffs and on his wrists. He also has a set of supernatural yet unique powers including his eldritch humanoid angel physiology, flight, reality manipulation, time travel, and his staff which has the ability to see people's past lives along with foreshadowing the possibility of what their futures will be. The Timekeeper represents as a symbol of time, order, change, existence, and the cycle of rebirth. He is also the manifestation with people's experiences in their lives from the moment they are born, how the choices they made could change them into what they will become, and what fates they will have to face that might be worse than death based on their actions. The Timekeeper has to constantly keep an eye out to people between Earth and The Void before they reached their elderly years due to being suffered or as a punishment from their past actions. Even though he could give any individual a chance to live long enough in time, he still doesn't have the right to interfere with their lives and to remind them that they will be sent to a new afterlife or peaceful paradise once they are dead from aging towards the end in this infinite cycle.
