You know, when I first saw that picture I had thought it’s was a digital painting and so I click on it, to find out it wasn't. For some odd reason if I had money, I would like to buy that place. I wouldn’t change much, sweep the floors and get a new bed but that’s about it. Maybe I just don't like living in ply-wood, egg shell white painted homes that are unoriginal, man made but not necessarily hand crafted…. if you understand that. Any way, that’s a really nice pic.

Ich seh keine. Kann aber sein, dass es an den verschiedenen Monitoren liegt. Ansonsten müssen meine Bilder ja nicht zwangsweise gefallen, sondern erst mir selbst.

es ist doch so. wenn man kunst produziert muss man sich auch gedanken machen auf welchem medium man es präsentiert. ich finde es auch sehr störend dass die sharpening halos und jpeg-konvertierungs artefakte so dominant sind. wenn es auch so im print ist, war es wohl gewollt.. also kann man doch fragen ob es bewusst war oder nicht.

ich glaub kaum, dass es am monitor liegt, da sie mir auf beiden (crt und tft) stark auffallen. bitte nicht gleich so abwehrend - ich bin kein großer freund solcher fotographieren, wollte aber gerade deswegen fragen, ob diese "konturen" beabsichtigt sind.

I like this. Amidst all this mess and decadence stands a girl in her lovely yellow dress with her back to you. Her loneliness and perhaps restlessness, as the last person said, expressed by her pose.
I'm sure I'm only explaining all that you already know however.

The mess on the wall, the woman's unique pose... Normally, your concepts are expressed openly, but this requires more thought. I see shame, restlessness, and alienation. Either this speaks about the world around this person, or the world within her.

I like the composition, her dress stands out in that old, dirty place, but at the same time it lools like if it belong there.
The picture reflects some loneliness because she is looking to the wall, but I dont know if that has something to do with the title, I think it does but I'm not sure.

imagine a title like "I'm waiting for my brother" -- or "my brother desires me" -- or something perv... 
1 - is vert interesting and I apreciate so much when the author (you) adds a comment and explaination about the photo. I would wish ask for the same to Botero and with one of his paints.
2 - is excellent to see the freedom you deceive with your words: the title is only for me... my interpretation, to me it means you feel free and enjoy so much your work, you do it without care iF deviantart or me or someone else

I like the textures and the background! Nice light too but i think it would have been beter with the shadow from the window. This would have made the tesxture even more rich. I'll favorite this right now

Der Raum hat eine schöne Atmosphäre.
Und das gelbe Kleid bietet dazu einen tollen Kontrast.
Ich finds toll, dass das Fenster offen ist.
