Description
So, decided to redo Modern Kilo, giving him more of a Classic proportion, and a new name.

Basic gist I'm working on so far, is that he's some type of copy, whether it's Robian or a clone is up in the air rn, of the early American Tails, seen in Archie, SATAM, and AoSTH, basically trying to find his own identity, kinda like... well, the Archie comics did with Scourge and Sonic. Thus, why he's short, still has the classic era look, so on and so forth.
