Okay, so I wanted to do this for a while, and I finally ended up doing it. It started off good and then I kind of just got lazy at the end. It took me while, nevertheless. I put it under the digital art category merely because I drew it in Photoshop CS2, but you can use this for traditional drawings tool.
Some of the drawings I really don't like, but I'm not going to spend more time on it when it already took me a few hours to do. Also, if I add more information to the tutorial, it'll be WAY too long. Therefore, I hope it's helpful the way it is.

Yeah, I've started to use them a lot more. This is an old tutorial, so that was how I drew before I began to use them.

That's okay! Mistakes help you learn. There are a lot of mistakes in this old tutorial, and I'm sure that if I were to make a new tutorial, I could correct them. Just keep practicing and don't give up. You already know that the eyes are too high, so next time, lower them. You're already improving by being able to see what is wrong.

You mean if it's possible to draw this way in Paint Tool SAI? If so, then why not? Yeah, it's possible. If you mean that you'd like a video tutorial on this using Paint Tool SAI or some other tutorial variation, then I'm sorry, but I'm too busy right now with finals.
