Sanctuary
A lot of my work explores states of being and moving with life. Sanctuary is about finding refuge in the unknown, in the unfolding. Things are always changing, always moving and we can only really move with it when we slow down and observe.

The sun rises and sets, colours always flowing and changing. The huge red-orange sun recedes into dusk. Coloured clouds, deep vibrant colours intermix with subdued blues, dark purples; the blue sky blending. From the earth, sea, sky, to our inner landscape and experience, nothing will stay the same. This world of ours that has many contrasts, shades and colours- is always shifting.

It is true that as this dance of life is unfolding, the one thing that always remains ever-present, is this impermanence

However, it is the moments of stillness that we find refuge. Tapping into that space- the momentary pause between an inhale and exhale or the silence between words. We begin to move with this flow and start to see the beauty in the unfolding
