Yes, try drawing with low hand pressure so you can erase it easily when you make mistake.

Or use a light table.

I am impressed with how controlled you are with your colors. : p When I do watercolor, they tend to bleed. Dx

I imagine you take it pretty slow tho too, huh? : p

Congrats on the Daily Deviation! You totally earned it. This is so inspiring I've always loved watercolors, but I never knew where to start. And now I do.... Thank you I've taken two three-month-long art classes that weren't as helpful as this! So, again, thanks!

Is Reeves an ok brand to start out with? Or is it better to pay for the Windsor and Newton?

And do you tape your paper down with masking tape or something?

I recommend you to use winsor&newton, Reeve watercolor contain too much chalk and filler.

And I didn't stretch the paper.

does this work with crayola watercolors?i has some crayola watercolors and never used them all the time.do you think it works with crayola or just these kind of watercolors that you used in here?

Whoa... you make it look way too easy. I can't control watercolor for nuts, but I wish more people would submit traditional media art more. That said, I'd love to be able to replicate the effects in digital one day.
