Description
Ampersand is not against shady dealings, so when a wounded creature from another needed to seek refuge ampersand was quick to make a deal. The shifter could heal up and live on the island ,and take his form only if it gives it's loyalty to him.That was years in the past and with their secret well kept the two now randomly switch out whenever and are two of the closest friends on the island only giving minor differences as hints to who's who.
This explains Amp's friendship ring that does not match with any other islanders .
